Honor's long-standing CEO George Zhao has only just walked away from the company; however, it is still expected to forge ahead with its plans to build on its current selection of high-end Android smartphones throughout 2025.
That includes a successor to the Magic V3, which currently holds the title of thinnest (and one of the most expensive, at $1,779 on Amazon right now) premium foldable smartphone on the global market (until the OnePlus Open 2 shows up, perhaps).
The 'Magic V4' will upgrade to the same Snapdragon 8 Elite platform as the current Magic7 flagship series, as might Honor's inaugural "small-screen flagship", according to the typically accurate leaker Digital Chat Station.
Those smartphones are also thought to be joined by the less premium "Honor GT Pro" that will use the same chipset nonetheless. They may all be joined by the second-gen Magic V Flip, although its chance of getting the same top-end processor is less assured.
Finally, Honor is projected to get into the ultra-large, ~7,000mAh battery smartphone trend with more than 1 device of the new class-leading spec allegedly planned for release in 2025.
