OnePlus 13 Mini: Key specifications of compact flagship phone leaked

OnePlus is expected to launch a new member in the OnePlus 13 series. It is expected to be a compact smartphone, potentially called the OnePlus 13 Mini. 

Popular Weibo leaker Smart Pikachu revealed new details of the OnePlus 13 Mini. The leaker suggests that Oppo is also working on a compact phone, likely the Find X8 Mini. The major differences between the OnePlus 13 Mini and the Find X8 Mini are expected to be in the camera system and chipset.

The leak states that the OnePlus Mini will have a 6.3-inch screen. It is likely an LTPO OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution. The phone will be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. In contrast, the Oppo Find X8 Mini will feature the Dimensity 9400 SoC. 

The OnePlus 13 Mini is said to feature a triple rear camera setup with a periscope telephoto lens. Previously, Digital Chat Station revealed that the camera setup may include a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom support. 

As a flagship phone, expect a premium build with a metal frame and a glass body. The phone is also said to support wireless charging, though the battery capacity has not been disclosed yet.

The Oppo Find X8 Ultra and Find X8 Mini are expected to release in March. While the OnePlus 13 Mini may launch in Q2 2025 in China.
