The AirPods Pro, which normally retail for US$249, are Apple's top-of-the-line TWS earbuds. They offer a slew of features, including Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), audio passthrough, and Spatial Audio. When played with supported audio, Spatial Audio uses dynamic head tracking to "place sound all around you," according to Apple. It's a neat feature that can add quite a bit of depth to movies, shows, and music that support it.

At today's price, the AirPods Pro are US$5 cheaper than the standard 3rd Gen AirPods, which lack ANC. The regular AirPods also don't have the variety of silicone tips that the AirPods Pro come with; these help create a better seal and a better overall sound profile.

They lack Spatial Audio and have a markedly different sound profile (which skews toward bass and lower registers), but if you like hip-hop, dance, or other bass-heavy music, they may be a good pick.
