GKD has refreshed its pocket handheld, the Pixel 2, which it launched in January. Originally available in Grey, Green, Purple, Red, Blue, and a limited-edition Golden, the handheld is now available to buy in Pink.

Back in January, when Game Kiddy (GKD) launched the Pixel 2 portable vertical handheld, it was available to buy in four colors — Green, Grey, Purple, and Red. It then followed it with a Blue variant and a limited-edition Golden. Now, it has announced the handheld in Pink, bringing the total color options to seven

GKD says the new Pink color is a special edition with limited inventory, but it is still in stock as at the time of writing. Sporting an aluminum build like the TrimUI Brick Hammer (available on Amazon for $109.99), the new color has off-white buttons and matching shoulder buttons, unlike the other colors, with the exception of the golden version, which have black buttons. Save for the color, everything else is the same.

The GKD Pixel 2 has a 2.4-inch IPS recessed display with a 640 x 480 resolution. It is powered by the RockChip RK3326S paired with 1GB of RAM. Buyers can purchase the handheld with a 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB MicroSD card. The device has ABXY buttons in Nintendo's layout, start and select buttons, a cross-style D-pad, and L1 + R1, L2 + R2 shoulder buttons. It also has a USB-C port and an audio jack.

The Pink GKD Pixel 2 is available to order from Keep Retro at a starting price of $81.99 for the version with a 64GB MicroSD card. This makes it more expensive than the other colors, save for the golden version which is no longer available, which starts at $76.99.
