Cramer RM2700 robotic lawn mower with built-in 4G and GPS can cover up to 2,700 m²
Cramer has released the RM2700 robotic lawn mower. The gadget can mow an area up to 2,700 m² (~29,063 ft²) between charges or run for around 70 minutes. You can fully recharge the device in 40 minutes. The lawn mower has built-in GPS and a Geofence area, helping guide the robot. Plus, the gadget can detect obstacles and lift its blades or move to avoid a collision.
The RM2700 is fitted with rain and frost sensors to ensure it only mows in the best weather conditions. The autonomous mower can tackle slopes up to 35% and operates at 57 dB for minimal disturbance. You can set a cutting height of 20 to 60 mm (~0.79 to 2.36-in); Cramer suggests a little and often concept, where the mower cuts off a minimal amount of grass which falls to the roots to fertilize the plant, provides a healthier lawn.
The robot lawn mower is rated as IPX5 water-resistant, protecting the robot from rain and allowing you to wash the gadget quickly. Anti-theft devices included on the RM2700 are an automatic lock, an alarm, and in-app location tracking. Thanks to the device’s 2G and 4G connectivity, you can control the robot via the Cramer Connect app. Through the app, you can set mowing schedules and view the status of a job or the mower.
