Aqara is discounting many products in its smart home range in the US for Amazon Prime Day, with up to 30% off selected items. Included in the sale is the Aqara Curtain Driver E1, which is brand new to the US. The product is available in rod and track versions, starting with 20% off at US$79.99 and US$71.99, respectively; after the sale period, the prices will increase to US$99.99 and US$89.99. The adapter allows you to transform regular curtains into smart curtains, which you can control with your smartphone or voice commands. You can schedule the curtains to open or close at a particular time or at a specific brightness with a light sensor.
Another item in the sale is the Aqara Camera Hub G3, selling for US$79.99, with US$30 off the US$109.99 retail price. The device’s 2K camera can pan-and-tilt to provide a 360° view. AI features of the device include AI facial, gesture and pet recognition, which you can use to trigger notifications or smart home automation. The gadget is compatible with Apple HomeKit (including HomeKit Secure Video), Amazon Alexa and Google Home systems and has a built-in Zigbee 3.0 hub.
Several smart sensors are also discounted at 20% off, including the Aqara Motion Sensor P1 and the Aqara Door & Window Sensor. The Aqara Temperature & Humidity Sensor, which uses real-time measurements to trigger smart home gadgets, is selling with a 23% discount at US$15.49.
