The Casio G-Shock MRG-B2000JS-1A watch has arrived in Europe. The wearable celebrates Japanese craftsmanship, designed with swordsmith Kamiyama Teruhira and artist Nomura Mamoru. It originally launched in Japan and recently became available to pre-order in the US.
Now, the G-Shock MRG-B2000JS-1A has been released in various European countries like the Netherlands, Spain and France, where it retails for €8,000. It is unclear how many units of the limited edition wearable are available in each of these markets. We know that there are only 800 watches available worldwide, with 110 units in the US and some already sold in Japan.
The MRG-B2000JS-1A is a titanium watch with a blue shell lacquer design along the bracelet. Features include multiband 6 time adjustment, support for dual time across 27 time zones, a daily alarm and solar charging technology. A white LED backlight with Afterglow makes it easier to read the display in darker conditions. Plus, Bluetooth connectivity allows users to access further tools like phone finder and automatic time adjustments in the Casio Watches app. The MRG-B2000JS-1A remains out of stock in the UK, where it is priced at £6,700.
