The Casio Rui Hachimura Signature Model GM5600RH-1 watch has been released in the US and is on the way to Europe. Already available in other markets like Canada and Japan, rumors about this digital watch began in March 2025.
Now, the latest Casio G-Shock x Rui Hachimura watch is available at the brand’s online store in the US for $280. Customers are offered free shipping on their orders. The product is also available via third-party sellers on Amazon for the same price.
In countries like the Netherlands, Spain and France, the watch is known as the GM-5600RH-1. Here, it will retail for €279.00, though it is unclear exactly when it will be released in this market. Plus, it is worth noting that, in Europe, only Casio ID members will be able to purchase the watch; you can sign up for a free Casio ID membership on the dedicated webpage.
The GM5600RH-1 is Casio’s fifth watch in collaboration with basketball player Rui Hachimura. This latest model has a black digital display with orange/red text, surrounded by a black frame with red accents. Hachimura is noted in the Black Samurai logo, which combines the letter H and the Japanese character ‘八’, meaning eight, the player’s shirt number. The watch also has a black stainless steel bezel, accompanied by a resin casing and band. It measures 49.6 x 43.2 x 12.9 mm (~2.0 x 1.7 x 0.5 inches) and weighs 80 g (~2.8 oz).
Features of the Casio x Rui Hachimura watch include a 1/100th second stopwatch, hourly time signals and a multifunctional alarm. There is also a countdown timer, and the digital display can be illuminated with the Super Illuminator LED backlight. The watch should run for five years on a CR2016 battery, and is water resistant to 200 m. Whether or when the Casio G-Shock GM-5600RH-1 watch could be released in the UK remains unclear.
