Battlefield 6 single-player will be showcased at Tokyo Game Show

Tokyo Game Show (TGS) is shaping up to be an exciting event for gamers as quite a few new games, as well updates on existing franchises will be revealed. Some game reveals are still speculation at this point, but several others have been officially confirmed to be featured at the event. Battlefield 6 is one such title and EA has confirmed it will showcase the single-player campaign during the livestream.

As per the official program schedule, EA will host a “Battlefield 6: Single-Player Live Showcase” on September 26, the second day of TGS. The game will have its own booth and developers, as well as English voice actors, will be present to talk about the game. The booth will be organized by Executive SP Producer Phillipe Ducharme and Senior Creative Director Roman Campos-Oriola.

Till now, EA has only released a teaser trailer for the single-player campaign, though there have been a few leaks in the past. Since the first teaser on July 24, EA has focused on multiplayer and the open betas gave players an opportunity to try out different multiplayer modes. The response to those open betas was mostly positive and EA been taking feedback from the community to improve the game, bringing updates to its BF Labs playtests.

Battlefield 6 is scheduled for release on October 10 with the Standard Edition priced at $70 and the Phantom Edition priced at $100.

While EA’s presence is confirmed for TGS, Microsoft is expected to unveil the next Forza game, Forza Horizon 6, at the event as well. The “Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2025 Broadcast” is scheduled for September 25.
