This promises Android experience on Windows

Insyde Software, provider of UEFI BIOS and engineering services, recently unveiled the Humanos – an instant-on software environment based on Android aimed at Windows netbooks and notebooks. It can be used to get access to a set of Android applications. You can, kind of, compare the concept with the Acer Aspire Dual boot released a few months ago that has both Windows and Android. Humanos promises to offer the same instant-on functionality and mobility.

The users can download these Android apps from the Insyde Market available online. "As the mobile PC industry's leader in UEFI technology, we are pleased to be able to offer this instant-on innovation for our customers' platforms," said Jeremy Wang, Chairman of Insyde Software, in a press conference.
