OnePlus officially launches new phone in orange finish for ~$295

OnePlus has officially introduced the Turbo 6X series in China. The series features the standard Turbo 6X and the Turbo 6X Pro, both targeting the affordable smartphone segment.

Specifications of the OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro

The smartphone features a 6.78-inch flat display with a resolution of 1,272 x 2,772 pixels. The screen supports a 144Hz refresh rate and has a peak brightness of 1,400 nits.

The Turbo 6X Pro features a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The rear camera supports video recording at up to 4K/30fps. For selfies, it uses a 16MP camera.

Powering the Turbo 6X Pro is the Dimensity 7400 Super, a 4nm octa-core chipset with a Mali-G615 GPU. One of the main highlights of the new phone is its large 8,000mAh battery, which surpasses the 7,400mAh battery of the high-end OnePlus 15R (curr. $699 on Amazon). The Turbo 6X Pro can be fast-charged at 80W via a USB Type-C port.

The device measures 8.80mm in thickness and weighs 213 grams. It is available in orange and black color options. In terms of connectivity, the Turbo 6X Pro supports Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), 5G, and NFC. It runs on ColorOS 16, based on Android 16.

Pricing of the Turbo 6X Pro

The device comes in three storage configurations: 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB. The variants are priced at CNY 1,999 (~$295), CNY 2,099 (~$309), and CNY 2,399 (~$354), respectively. OnePlus is offering a launch discount valid from June 10 to June 30, with sales officially opening on June 15.
