Lenovo / IBM ThinkPad Z60t

The Lenovo / IBM ThinkPad Z60t notebook computer combines high performance, Verizon Wireless Broadband Access, and a wide screen in a lightweight package.
Featuring 14.0 in. widescreen TFT display with 1,280 x 768 resolution,  Z60t is powered by 1.8 GHz Intel Pentium M processor 750 with 2 MB L2 cache and 533 MHz FSB. It comes with 40, 60, or 100 GB HDD and choice of CD-RW/DVD or Multi-Burner DVD Recordable, Ultrabay Slim drive. To facilitate communications, computer comes standard with 56K V.90 modem, IEEE 1394, and 1 Gigabit Ethernet LAN connection. Security is ensured via integrated fingerprint reader.

Fingerprint reader offers users a convenient solution - Authenticate at system startup and log on to Windows(TM) with a swipe of your finger.
The Active Protection System, a ThinkVantage technology, helps protect your HDD from some damage that could be caused by shock. A system board-mounted sensor continuously monitors your ThinkPad notebook for sudden movement, and temporarily parks the HDD read/write head when a fall or similar event is predicted.
