Kingbull, an e-bike manufacturer, has launched a new electric bike, the Literider 2.0. The e-bike comes as a direct successor to the original Literider, which was announced last year. This model brings significant upgrades in terms of motor, frame design, and range. Interestingly, this time around, the brand brings a new purple color option alongside the green, black, and white colorways for the e-bike.
Kingbull packs a new Bafang 750 W brushless hub rear motor with 80 Nm torque into the e-bike, which provides up to 20 mph (32.1 kph) top speed and helps to tackle inclines up to 35°. The new Literider 2.0 has a more rounded frame with protected folding cables compared to the original Literider, making it safer and more durable than ever, said Kingbull in its press release.
The range of the e-bike is now improved compared to the last-generation model. To be more precise, the Literider 2.0 offers up to 60 miles (96.5 km) of range (up from 50 miles of the Literider) on a single charge, thanks to a 720 Wh lithium battery. Furthermore, the e-bike is equipped with a 7-speed Shimano drivetrain, allowing you to switch between 7 speed modes.
The 7-speed e-bike features 20” x 4.0” anti-slip and puncture-resistant fat tires complemented by hydraulic brakes with 180 mm discs and a 50 mm front suspension fork, ensuring a smooth, comfortable ride even on rough terrain and bumpy roads. Despite having a foldable design, the Literider 2.0 can handle payloads of up to 380 lbs (172.2 kg). Dimensionally, it measures 30.7 x 17.7 x 31.5 inches (780 x 450 x 800 mm) when folded and weighs around 71 lbs (32.2 kg).
Moreover, there’s an LED display on the handlebar that provides insights such as max speed, charging percentage, range, and more. Other features include a 5-level pedal assist system, integrated 48V LED lights for better visibility during nighttime, and a built-in carry handle for easy transport when folded.
The Kingbull Literider 2.0 is priced at $1,099 and is now available for purchase via Kingbull’s official website.
