Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi 12X tentative global launch date leaks

The Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12X, and Xiaomi 12 Pro debuted in China at the end of December. Xiaomi looks set to finally bring the trio to the global market, and the rumor mill has now provided a tentative date for the global debut of the Xiaomi 12 series.

As reported by Xiaomiui and citing "Passionategeekz", supposedly, the Xiaomi 12 series will be brought to the global market on March 20. The Mi 11 series was launched in early February last year, so a March 20 event would be a tad later than expected.

Either way, the source also claims that the trio of phones will be launched globally. That's in line with fresh information that says the Xiaomi 12X will be sold globally, even though it's mostly been absent from certification listings so far. A recent leak also showcased the Xiaomi 12 Lite, so there's a chance that Xiaomi also launches that phone at the same event. The company is tipped to be at MWC next week, though, so the Xiaomi 12 Lite may well be showcased ahead of time.
