Trevor Noah to host Made by Google 2026 event with star-studded guest list

Google has confirmed comedian and former The Daily Show host Trevor Noah as the emcee for Made by Google 2026, which will take place on August 12 at 6 p.m. ET in New York City. The event follows Jimmy Fallon's hosting stint last year and is expected to feature the unveiling of the Pixel 11 series and Pixel Watch 5.

In its "featuring" section, Google's teaser names Alex Cooper, who also appeared last year, alongside cricket star Shubman Gill, actress Ayami Nakajo, and NBA star Stephen Curry. The lineup also includes DJ Peggy Gou, YouTube creator Jesser, college basketball star JuJu Watkins, musician PinkPantheress, track-and-field athlete Chari Hawkins, football manager Steven Gerrard, and actor Daniel Durant.

It remains unclear whether all the listed names will appear live at the New York event, since Curry only appeared in a prerecorded video last year. Google's teaser also offered brief looks at the Pixel 11 Pro with an active "HiLight" feature and the Pixel Watch 5.
