The SOUNDBOKS Go is a new portable speaker that can deliver up to 121 dB of sound

The SOUNDBOKS Go portable Bluetooth Performance Speaker is now available to pre-order. The device measures 18 x 12 x 10-in (459 × 316 × 266 mm), weighs 9.2 kg (20 lbs) and comes with a carry handle. Alternatively, you can buy a shoulder strap for US$59.

The company suggests that the speaker fits on a bike rack or your shoulder. The gadget has been designed for outdoor use with a dentproof and splashproof design. The device has a swappable 7.8 Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate battery that can last for up to 40 hours of playback.

The portable speaker has two drivers, a 10-in woofer and a 1-in silk dome tweeter. The device also has the SOUNDBOKS Bass Enhancer, which you can use to increase the bass and loudness up to 121 dB. Plus, you select from optimized sound profiles, such as Bass+ or Indoor, and design your own.

To create a more immersive listening experience, you can link the device with other SOUNDBOKS Go or Gen. 3 speakers via the Team Up feature, assigning each machine a stereo role. You can use the SOUNDBOKS App to control the speaker and access performance firmware upgrades.

You can now pre-order the SOUNDBOKS Go for US$699. Customers can expect to receive the product on or before April 26.
