The Blackview Table 10 is a new portable monitor that should not be confused with the Blackview Tab 10 tablet. It’s a fairly large mobile monitor with a size of 23.8 inches, which is bigger than many competing products in this segment. Therefore, the Blackview Table 10 might be able to boost productivity when connected to a laptop or smartphone.
However, this monitor is neither particularly compact nor especially light. It weighs 4.2 lbs without and almost 6 lbs with the stand. The dimensions are listed as 24.1 x 12.9 x 1.3 inches, which still makes this mobile display relatively thin.
Blackview further opted for an IPS panel with a Full-HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Considering the size, images shouldn’t look too pixelated. The panel covers the full sRGB color space and sports a peak brightness of 300 nits. The screen-to-body ratio is specified as 87%, so the display does not have extremely thin bezels. The manufacturer advertises support for high-contrast content, although the panel type and peak brightness are probably limiting factors here.
Anyhow, the panel supports a refresh rate of 100Hz, and the Blackview Table 10 can be supplied with both power and a video signal via a single USB-C cable. HDMI and USB Type-A are also available, as is a built-in speaker. Thanks to an integrated stand, the Blackview Table 10 can be used in portrait and landscape orientation. The portable monitor retails for $312.
