The Ozone is a new and particularly sleek power bank that's primarily designed for the Apple iPhone Air. The exact dimensions differ between the two configurations, as the Ozone with a capacity of 3,000mAh measures 4.29 x 2.78 x 0.20 inches, while the version measuring 4.07 x 2.78 x 0.26 inches offers a higher capacity of 5,000mAh. Both versions are available in different color variations.
This power bank weighs 2.72 and 3.42 oz and offers 11.55 and 17.75 Wh, respectively. Both versions can deliver up to 7.5 watts wirelessly to an iPhone Air and up to 15 watts to Android devices. Meanwhile, the USB-C port can be used to charge the power bank with 10 to 15 watts, but it can also be used to charge other devices via cable. In that case, the larger version offers and output of 20 watts, while the smaller one is limited to 15 watts. According to the manufacturer, the more compact model can charge an iPhone Air to roughly 62%, and the larger variant provides a full charge.
As part of the ongoing crowdfunding campaign, these 3,000mAh and 5,000mAh Ozone power banks can now be reserved for $45, but that price does not include shipping or potential import fees and taxes. The campaign has not hit the targeted funding goal, and potential buyers should be aware that there’s no guarantee to actually receive a product with an appropriate quality, which applies to all Kickstarter campaigns.
