TCL’s new 115-in X11G Max QD-Mini LED TV arrives with 5,000 nits brightness

The TCL 115-in X11G Max QD-Mini LED TV is now available to pre-order in China. The large display has up to 5,000 nits brightness and over 20,000 dimming zones. Other features include built-in 6.2.2 speakers with Dolby Atmos, an HDMI 4K 144Hz port and support for FreeSync Premium Pro.

TCL has launched the 115-in X11G Max QD-Mini LED TV in China. The large screen measures 292 cm diagonally with a width of 257 cm (~101-in) and a height of 144 cm (~57-in). The Quantum Dot display has over 20,000 Mini LED backlight partitions with a 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio and up to 5,000 nits brightness.

The X11G Max is compatible with various technologies such as Dolby VisionIQ, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG. Other features include an image quality enhancement tool, MEMC motion smoothing and ambient light adaptation. The TV has an AI assistant which you can control with voice commands and a customizable home page. Plus, the device has a built-in 6.2.2 channel sound system from Onkyo, supporting Dolby Atmos and DTS. The TV is also compatible with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ gaming, as well as FreeSync Premium Pro. You can connect your games console via HDMI, with an HDMI 4K 144Hz input. Also included are HDMI 60 Hz eARC, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.

The TV is slim, allowing you to mount it to a wall or stand it on the floor or a media unit. You can now pre-order the 115-in TCL X11G Max in China for 79,999 yuan (~US$10,976). It is unclear whether or when the new model could launch in other markets. The TCL X11G in 75-in, 85-in and 95-in sizes arrived in China earlier this year.
