Konka has launched the R7 Mini QD-LED TV in China. The brand claims that its new model has a hybrid Mini QD-LED dynamic backlight to enhance the contrast while minimizing reflections on the screen. The display combines 504 Mini LED partitions with a Quantum Dot film to reach a 10,000,000:1 contrast ratio.
The R7 delivers rich colors, covering 157% of the Rec.709 color gamut with a 178° viewing angle and support for Dolby Vision, HDR 10 and HDR 10+. The TV has a native 4K@144Hz refresh rate, making it suitable for gaming, with MEMC motion-smoothing, ALLM, VRR and an effective refresh rate of up to 240Hz. You can connect your console via HDMI 2.1 with ports such as HDMI 2.0 and USB 2.0 for other gadgets. Other features include voice commands and JBL Pro audio.
The TV is powered by a quad-core A73 CPU with 4+128GB memory and support for Wi-Fi 6. You can now buy the 65-in, 75-in and 85-in versions of the Konka R7 Mini QD-LED TV in China for 9,999 yuan (~US$1,372), 11,999 yuan (~US$1,646) and 15,999 yuan (~US$2,195), respectively.
