Hisense’s Vidda brand has launched the S75 smart TV in China. The 4K model has a 120Hz refresh rate with HDR, VRR and MEMC support. Other features of the new TV include built-in speakers, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and minimal bezels for a 97% screen-to-body ratio.

The Hisense Vidda S75 smart TV has been launched in China. The 75-in model has a 4K display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and over 1.07 billion colors. The TV supports HDR, with image-enhancing tools such as MEMC motion smoothing, a variable refresh rate and an auto low latency mode.

The Vidda S75 has built-in 18W speakers, compatible with Dolby Audio and DTS technologies. With 2.4G/5GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0, you can cast content to the screen from mobile devices and wirelessly connect peripherals like headphones or a mouse. Alternatively, you can connect gadgets via HDMI 2.1 and USB 2.0 ports. The TV has a 64-bit quad-core CPU with 2+32GB memory. In terms of design, the model has a thin metal with a 97% screen-to-body ratio.

Other features of the TV include AI voice commands and dual TUV Rheinland certification for low blue light and a flicker-free screen to protect your eyes. You can now buy the Hisense Vidda S75 smart TV in China for 3,299 yuan (~US$453). Whether or not the brand intends to launch the TV in other markets remains to be seen.
