The KJM K3 projector is now crowdfunding on Indiegogo. The LCD projector has a native 1080p resolution with 60 fps and support for HDR and HDR 10. You can use the projector to throw images up to 200-in (~508 cm) wide with a maximum brightness of 1,500 ANSI lumens from the LED light source.
You can perfect the image generated by the K3 with keystone correction and auto-focus tools. The KJM projector runs on Linux and comes with Netflix pre-installed, or you can download other apps like YouTube and Amazon Prime Video and wirelessly cast content from a mobile device. The device has a built-in sound system from JBL and can operate as a Bluetooth speaker; details such as the power or number of speakers have yet to be shared. You can also connect gadgets via ports like HDMI, USB-A and USB-C. Plus, you can control the device with integrated buttons or the accompanying remote.
You can now pledge US$279 to the Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for the KJM K3 projector. The device is shipping worldwide, with the company predicting a November dispatch date. At the time of writing, the project has 30 backers, comfortably surpassing the funding target of US$500. KJM, also known as Shenzhen Kejinming Electronic, was founded in 2002, manufacturing various electronics such as tablets, notebooks, portable DVD players and projectors.
