TCL has launched the T7L series QD-Mini LED TVs in China. This model was unveiled alongside the Q9L Pro, another QD-Mini LED model. It is available in four sizes: 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch and 85-inch.
The T7L is a 4K TV with a 144Hz native refresh rate, VRR and a 288Hz Game Accelerator. The range-topping 85-inch model has 840 local dimming zones for up to 2,200 nits brightness. Plus, the HVA panel delivers a 7,000:1 contrast ratio, and there is support for Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+ and Filmmaker mode. You can wirelessly connect devices via Wi-Fi 6 or use ports like HDMI 2.1 eARC, HDMI 2.1, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0. On top of this, there is a built-in 2.1.2-channel sound system from Onkyo, supporting Dolby Atmos Flexconnect for enhanced virtual surround sound via wirelessly connected speakers.
The TCL T7L QD-Mini LED TVs are now available in China with prices ranging from CNY 3,499 (~$481) for the 55-inch model to CNY 6,999 (~$963) for the 85-inch version. It is unclear whether or when this model could launch in other markets like the US. However, the T7L is somewhat similar to the existing 2025 QM7K TV (55-inch curr. $998 at Amazon).
