Spigen's Ultra Hybrid cases ensure optimal fit of Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra with magnetic Qi2 chargers
The Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra are among the first smartphones to have "Qi2 Ready" certification, meaning that the smartphones can be charged with 15 watts on Qi2 chargers. But they do not have magnets, which not only ensure optimal alignment on the charging pad, but also enable the use of magnetic accessories.
To this end, Spigen now offers a range of "Ultra Hybrid" cases that are equipped with the necessary magnets. The "Neo One" and "Zero One" cases from the Teardown collection are particularly interesting, as the print on these cases is intended to show the internals of the smartphones. However, Spigen has opted for a very simplified representation and refrained from depicting the heat sink or camera module, for example. Neo One is partially transparent.
Both cases are said to be particularly thin and light, and offer protection in the event of drops thanks to a small air cushion in the corners. The Spigen Slim Armor case has a fold-out stand, the Slim Armor CS case has an integrated wallet for cards, and the Tough Armor case was designed with the help of AI to withstand all kinds of shock. Spigen also offers magnetic wallets that can be used in tandem with the protective cases.
Prices and availability
The Spigen Ultra Hybrid Qi2 protective cases for the Galaxy S25 series cost between $34.99 and $54.99, depending on the variant.
