Although it skipped the Galaxy S22 FE in 2022, Samsung now looks all but certain to introduce the Galaxy S23 FE this year. Word on the grapevine claimed the Fan Edition phone could debut at IFA but it appears those rumors may have been wide of the mark.
According to leaker Max Jambor, Samsung has no plans to present the Galaxy S23 FE this week at IFA or even anytime next month. Instead, the company is preparing the device for a Q4 launch, with it set to be joined by other FE and IoT products. That, of course, includes the Galaxy Tab S9 FE lineup, with rumors also hinting at a potential Galaxy Buds3 debut. While the source doesn't provide an exact date, an October release wouldn't be surprising.
Going by information shared by Yogesh Brar, the Galaxy S23 FE will sport a 6.4-inch FHD+ 120 Hz AMOLED, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Exynos 2200, a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, a 12 MP zoom camera, and a 10 MP selfie shooter. Other specifications include a 4500 mAh battery, 25 W charging, and IP68 certification.
