Retroid Pocket Duo/Pocket Duo Lite get a grip case with a stylus, charger, case, and more

Retroid has opened up pre-orders for the Pocket Duo and Pocket Duo Lite handhelds. However, in addition to the devices, it also has a handful of official accessories that are worth checking out. Some of them are specifically made for the new handhelds, while others are compatible with its other devices.

The Pocket Duo and Pocket Duo Lite both have flat backs, and unlike the Pocket Nova which has a grip shell that owners can swap with the flat back, Retroid hasn't released such an accessory for its dual-screen handhelds. Instead it has released an official grip case which has a stylus.

Priced at $15, the Grip Case with Stylus is available in Black, Clear Purple, Ice Blue, GC, and Transparent. However, the stylus is black for all variants.

Retroid's new handhelds do not have an all-glass front like the Pocket 6 (available on Amazon for $309), and many are pleased with that design. Nevertheless, it is still advised that you protect the two displays since Retroid doesn't say if the displays have any form of scratch or drop protection.

For that case, it sells a pack of two screen protectors for the Pocket Duo and Pocket Duo Lite. The pack costs $6, and comes with a 5.5-inch anti-reflective film and a 4.5-inch tempered glass if you buy the one for the Pocket Duo, while the one for the Pocket Duo Lite includes a 5.5-inch anti-reflective film and a 4.2-inch tempered glass.

Apart from protecting the display, it is also worth protecting the entire handheld, especially when travelling. Retroid has a carrying case for that effect. It is a one-size case for the Pocket Duo and Pocket Duo Lite that comes in black and has a inner pocket for accessories such as a charging cable, wired earphones, or even a charger. The Pocket Duo and Duo Lite Carrying Case is available to buy now for $10.

Retroid has also released a 35W dual port charger that is capable of charging not just the Pocket Duo and Pocket Duo Lite but also its other handhelds. The charger has a max output of 35W when using only the USB-C port, and 18W when using just the USB-A port. When using both ports simultaneously, the output for both ports is capped at 15W.

The charger costs $12 and has foldable plugs, so it can fit into your handheld's carrying case.

Last but not least is an official lanyard available for Retroid's devices, including the Pocket Duo and Pocket Duo Lite. Available in white, purple, and black, with Retroid branding, the lanyard is available to buy now for $3.
