Xiaomi has finally unveiled its latest mid-range device in China, the Redmi Turbo 4. The Turbo 4 arrives as a direct successor to the Turbo 3 which debuted in April last year, and is expected to be rebadged for the global market as the Poco X7 Pro shortly.
The new Redmi Turbo 4 sports a 6.67-inch 120 Hz 1.5K OLED screen with a peak brightness of 3200 nits. Under its hood is MediaTek's Dimensity 8400, but branded as the Dimensity 8400-Ultra as has become the norm. That chipset—making its debut on the Redmi Turbo 4—is joined by up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
While performance remains the focus of the Redmi Turbo 4, it still manages to deliver acceptable camera hardware, with a 50 MP LYT600 main camera aided by a 20 MP ultra-wide angle snapper. Both cameras are housed in a module evidently inspired by the vanilla iPhone 16's housing. A 20 MP selfie shooter sits in front.
Other specifications of the Redmi Turbo 4 include 90 W charging, a 6550 mAh battery, IP66, IP68, IP69 certifications, Android 15-based HyperOS 2, and an in-display fingerprint reader. Pricing is as follows:
- 12 GB/256 GB - CNY 1999 ($275)
- 16 GB/256 GB - CNY 2199 ($300)
- 12 GB/512 GB - CNY 2299 ($315)
- 16 GB/512 GB - CNY 2499 ($340)
