RedMagic 9 Pro: Global launch date set for next-level gaming smartphone

  RedMagic builds on its reputation for cutting-edge specs and features by managing to get rid of the typical massive camera hump as well as the ever-present punch-hole in the 9 Pro. The smartphone is also likely to reach the international market with an exceptionally large 6,500mAh battery for its "True Full" 120Hz AMOLED display.

It is, of course, a 5th-gen under-display camera (UDC) screen, whereas the iPhone is thought to be at least 4 years away from achieving the same truly edge-to-edge look.

Despite its renewed focus on design, the RedMagic 9 Pro is also touted as "the future of mobile gaming" thanks to its new 8 Gen 3 platform and RGB for its shoulder buttons, not to mention its series' hallmark smartphone-sized active air-cooling system.

The RedMagic 9 Pro is now officially slated to launch in markets such as Europe and the US on December 18, 2023 at 07:00 EST (13:00 CET).
