Razer announces Blade 16 X Automobili Lamborghini Edition gaming laptop inspired by Revuelto supercar
Riding the trend of automobile-inspired laptop designs, Razer is now offering a very limited number of flagship Razer Blade 16 gaming models with Lamborghini’s iconic branding. Razer’s signature neon green is replaced with Lamborghini’s Arancio Apodis orange color scheme, and the specs are top-tier just like on the Razer Blade 18. Of course, the price is eye-watering at US$4,999.99 since the Automobili Lamborghini Edition is limited to only 150 systems.
As reported by Windows Central, the chassis for this limited edition Razer 16 is CNC-milled out of an entire block of aluminum painted in matte black, onto which are sprinkled discrete features borrowed from the new Revuelto exotic car, such as a Y-shaped orange design in the style of the car headlights, plus color accents on the USB ports and the vapor chamber cooling system, along with a custom orange scheme for the backlit keyboard. There is a serialized engraving in the same orange color as well on the bottom cover.
Spec-wise, Razer threw in some of the most expensive pieces of hardware available on the market right now. Powering the system is Intel’s Core i9-13950HX processor coupled with 32 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM, 4 TB of PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD storage and an Nvidia RTX 4090 dGPU. Port selection includes a Thunderbolt 4 connector and an SD card reader. The chassis is a bit thicker than what we have come to expect from Razer, but the 0.87-inch (22.1 mm) profile still seems reasonably thin considering the specs. Razer also added its exclusive dual-mode mini-LED display that can switch between 4K @120 Hz and FHD+ @240 Hz on the go.
This limited edition will only be available in the United States and will start selling on September 23 at 9 AM PT.
