The R46H is a new horizontal gaming handheld sporting clearly aimed at targeting last year's Anbernic RG40XX H. Equipped with a pair of joysticks positioned beneath its ABXY buttons and d-pad, the R46H lacks the RGB lighting of Anbernic's alternative. Additionally, the handheld features a 4-inch and 4:3 IPS display, just like the RG40XX H.
Unusually for a Rockchip RK3326 device equipped with 1 GB of RAM, the R46H outputs at 1,024 x 768 pixels. Moreover, the small handheld finds itself with a 3,000 mAh battery, a pair of microSD cards and a USB Type-C port. Apparently, some units ship with built-in Wi-Fi. For those do not, resellers include a USB Wi-Fi dongle in the box.
Currently, the R46H can be picked up in one of eight colour options. As it stands, all but one finish is also translucent, whether that be blue, green, orange, pink or purple, among others. The R46H costs around $46 with a 64 GB microSD card on AliExpress and roughly $3 more for a higher capacity 128 GB microSD card. Alternatively, the same gaming handheld costs $52.99 on Amazon.
