OnePlus Pad Lite previewed as upcoming budget Android tablet

OnePlus is now teasing one of its imminently upcoming devices as the Pad Lite: a name that hints at a budget alternative to the new, top-end Pad 3, as does its last-gen design.

It looks much like the ex-flagship Pad 2 (now $549.99 on Amazon) from the back - except for its new Aero Blue colorway and 2 to-be-determined RAM and/or storage configurations. 

Those details are to derived from the new Pad Lite preview page - which is only seemingly active in Europe (the UK included), whereas the the Nord 5 and CE 5 smartphones slated to debut alongside the tablet will also be sold in India.

It also seems that neither of those 3 devices will feature during the North American version of OnePlus' July 8, 2025 product launch - in fact, the company apparently plans to sell the Watch 3 43mm and Buds 4 only in that region.

The slate's price has yet to be listed on its new preview page, although it is already touted to have a €30/£30 discount from launch. The tablet will also ship with a "free gift" worth €39.99/£39.99 and come with trade-in offers of up to €30/£30.
