Motorola already announced a new Moto G Stylus smartphone back in April, but it still has the 2024 edition available for purchase. Now for a limited time, it is offering a deal that bundles a free tablet when you buy the Moto G Stylus 5G (2024).
The deal, which is available when you purchase directly from Motorola, has the Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) priced at $399, which is the same price as the newer model. However, Motorola will automatically include the Lenovo Tab Plus which Motorola says is valued at $349.99 but is available on Amazon for $256 as at the time of writing. So while it doesn't make sense to buy the Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) for the same price as the 2025 model which is better in several ways, the value of the free tablet should make up for the difference.
The Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) has a 6.7-inch pOLED display with a 2400 x 1080 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage.
There is a 32MP camera in front for selfies and video calls while the back houses a 50MP f/1.8 main camera with OIS and a 13MP ultrawide angle camera that can shoot macro images. The Moto G Stylus has NFC, dual-SIM support (nano + eSIM), stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an audio jack, a fingerprint sensor, Face Unlock, and a water-repellent design. It also has a 5,000mAh battery capacity with support for 30W fast wired charging and 15W fast wireless charging. The integrated stylus allows users to take notes, doodle, and edit photos easily.
Released in 2024 as well, the Lenovo Tab Plus has an 11.5-inch 90Hz display with a 1200 x 2000 resolution. It is powered by the Helio G99 processor with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage. There's an 8MP camera on each side of the tablet. Designed for entertainment, the Lenovo Tab Plus has 8 JBL Hi-Fi speakers for a total of 26W of audio power. This not only makes it great for watching movies and TV shows but also allows it to double as a Bluetooth speaker as it can stream audio directly from your phone. It also has an audio jack with support for Hi-Res audio.
Other features are a built-in kickstand, stylus support (sold separately), an IP52 dust and water resistance rating, and an 8,600mAh battery with support for 45W fast wired charging. The tablet ships with Android 14 and has Google Kids Space. Lenovo says it will be updated through to Android 16 and it will receive security updates until 2028.
