A Swiss luxury watchmaker, Omega, has launched the next iteration of its signature diving watch, the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M in bronze gold and burgundy shade. Omega’s latest model comes as a successor to the 007 Edition 300M (curr. at $4,600 on Amazon), which was launched in 2020 for the release of the James Bond film “No Time To Die." It’s worth noting that the latest iteration features a similar design to the 007 Edition, with an oxalic anodized bezel ring and dial.
The Seamaster Diver 300M features a 42-mm bronze-gold case with dual screw-downs at the 3 and 10 positions. Its matte black dial is adorned with PVD18K bronze-gold hands and blackened indices. The hands and indices are coated in vintage Super-LumiNova, which offers better visibility in darker conditions.
The Bronze Gold case is finished with a deep burgundy bezel that contrasts well with the case shade. As part of the Seamaster Diver range, this timepiece also has a similar domed, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal durability found in the regular Seamaster Diver 300M collection. With a water resistance of up to 300 m (~1000 ft), the watch is built to withstand every water adventure.
The Omega Seamaster Diver 300M Bronze Gold and Burgundy edition is made of Omega’s proprietary Bronze Gold alloy, which is a combination of 37.5% 9K gold, palladium, and silver. According to the brand, this alloy touts corrosion resistance without verdigris oxidization.
The timepiece is powered by Omega’s in-house Co-Axial Chronometer Calibre 8806 movement with 55 hours of power reserve. The company’s METAS-certified movement guarantees accuracy between 0/+5 seconds per day while offering 15,000 gauss magnetic resistance as the other Seamaster Divers.
The Omega Seamaster Diver 300M in Bronze Gold and Burgundy is now available from Omega’s official website and other Omega-authorized dealers for $13,900 with a black rubber strap or $27,900 with a bronze gold bracelet.
