Formex has unveiled a new Essence Ceramic Skeleton COSC special anniversary limited edition watch celebrating Formex’s 25th year in operation. Made from black ceramic with brushed and polished finishes, the Essence Ceramic Skeleton COSC features a 41 mm case with a thickness of 11.2 mm and connects directly to the company’s newly introduced world’s first micro-adjustable ceramic bracelet.
Formex has introduced four dial versions into the Essence Ceramic Skeleton COSC watch, each sporting different color accents and lume coating. The watch features a skeletonized dial produced by Cadranor, Formex’s dial maker. The GT version has a gear-inspired shape and rose-tone indexes and hands. The Stardale variant comes in three versions with three different lume choices, including white, blue, and purple.
The Essence Ceramic is powered by a skeletonized COSC-certified SW200-1 automatic movement, which is visible through a skeletonized dial. This movement runs at a frequency of 28,800 vph (vibrations per hour), features 26 jewels, and offers 41 hours of power reserve. Furthermore, the watch has sapphire crystal durability with anti-reflection treatment on the inside. Plus, it ships with 100 m (~10 bar) water resistance.
The Essence Ceramic Skeleton COSC Stardale variants (white, blue, and purple) are priced at CHF 3,970 / $4,491 / €3,750, and the rose-gold accented GT version costs CHF 4,150 / $4,694 / €4,590. The watch is now available for pre-order via Formex’s official website.
