OPPO Find X7 Ultra Satellite Edition tipped to launch soon

 The Find X7 Ultra is one of the latest flagship Android smartphones with Wi-Fi 7 as well as 5G on the Chinese market - then again, OPPO fans might have been confused when they discover that the version currently sold online there does not have satellite messaging as well.

The OEM did strongly hint that it would get in on the mobile device world's latest wireless comms trend from 2024 onward, yet proceeded to release the Find X7 in both vanilla and new Ultra forms without it. Now, however, there is evidence that those holding out for a Satellite Edition have been vindicated in their decision.

MySmartPrice claims to have found the first OPPO handset with the feature on the 3C database. It is called the PHY120, whereas the Find X7 Ultra is known as the PHY110 (and the X7 as the PHZ110) thus far, yet is thought to be their new sibling as it uses the same VCBAHBCH or VCBAOBCH power adapters.

Accordingly, the "Find X7 Satellite Edition" is also projected to launch with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging, possibly even accompanied by the 50W wireless feature of the X7 Ultra.

Then again, it might also be the most expensive variant of the new OPPO flagship line-up yet, which can be bought as an import in Europe starting at €687 (~$744) for the vanilla X7 on TradingShenzhen.
