Oppo F25 Pro 5G packs Dimensity 7050, 120 Hz OLED and 64 MP triple camera into a 7.5 mm thin mid-range smartphone
The latest mid-range smartphone from Oppo has a 7.5-millimetre-thin, 177-gram-light case that looks very modern thanks to its narrow screen edges, a rectangular camera module and a flat frame. The back is particularly striking, which is available in either Lava Red or Ocean Blue.
The Oppo F25 Pro 5G also uses modern hardware, namely a MediaTek Dimensity 7050, a 6 nm ARM chip with two ARM Cortex A78 performance cores at 2.6 GHz and six Cortex A55 efficiency cores. The 6.7-inch AMOLED display has a resolution of 2412 x 1080, a frame rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 1100 nits. The 32 MP f/2.4 selfie camera sits in a central punch-hole.
The camera module on the back houses a 64 MP f/1.7 main camera based on the OmniVision OV64B, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2 MP sensor. The 5000 mAh battery is recharged via USB-C at up to 67 watts, meaning a full charge should only take 48 minutes. The device is IP65-certified, making it water resistant, but not waterproof. Oppo does not provide any information about software support, but claims that the F25 Pro 5G will provide smooth performance for 48 months.
