Nokia launches 6 new Android TVs via Flipkart
Nokia has unveiled its latest TVs in conjunction with its sales partner Flipkart. This series includes 43-, 55- and 65-inch panels, as did the last JBL-enhanced devices from this brand. However, 2 new sizes have also been introduced with the newer line.
The 32-inch model (or 32TAHDN) is indeed of a lower resolution (1366x768, or "HD Ready"; long time since that spec has been seen) in order to make it attractive to the economical big-screen shopper. However, it also boasts 39 watts (W) of audio power (24W "QuatroX" speakers plus 15W tweeters) tuned by Onkyo and the up-to-512-zone micro-dimming developed for its series.
Nokia claims that the sound produced by its new collaboration has resulted in "150% more clarity" with "new dimensions of sound" - although in comparison to what is not mentioned. It has also added 2 new 43-inch variants, one of which is FHD (43TAFHDN) and the other UHD/4K (43TAUHDN).
They are joined by a 50-inch option (50TAUHDN) which steps up to the 30W QuatroX speakers and 18W tweeters reserved for larger models here. The new Android 9-powered line as a whole starts from just INR 12999 (), which, unsurprisingly, is the starting price for the 32-inch TV to INR 59999 for the top-end 65TAUHDN. They can be ordered from October 15, 2020 on their new platform.
