The Nokia 2.4 is now said to launch in India soon
Nokia unveiled the 2.4 along with the 3.4 earlier in 2020. It is a waterdrop-display device with up to 13+2MP rear cameras and a 4500mAh battery to sustain its MediaTek Helio P22 SoC. This package is encased in a glossy plastic chassis and has 2-3GB RAM/32-64GB storage SKUs.
It has only been available in a handful of markets thus far, however. Then again, HMD Global may now intend to add India to this list. The blog MySmartPrice now insists it has "industry sources" that put the 2.4's launch there at the end of November 2020.
Should this be the case, the phone would fall into what was the most popular tier of the Indian smartphone market in the most recent completed quarter of the same year. Should it retain the price-tags from its original reveal, the Nokia 2.4 may start at about INR 10,500 (€119, or ~US$141) in this country. Therefore, it will have to compete against other devices such as the POCO C3 or Realme C11 on its putative new launch.
