New Seiko x Pompompurin limited edition watch launches

The Seiko Pompompurin 30th Anniversary Collaboration Watch has been revealed in Japan. This new model is designed to commemorate 30 years of Sanrio’s golden retriever character.

This Seiko x Sanrio Pompompurin watch has a yellow dial, matching the color of the brand’s character. In the six o’clock position is a picture of the dog and his hamster friend, Muffin. Plus, in the 12 o’clock position is a cream caramel pudding, and Pompompurin is also engraved on the caseback. The dial is surrounded by a silver colored stainless steel bezel, there is a gold-tone crown, and the watch comes with a matching metal strap.

Seiko’s Pompompurin collaboration watch has a quartz movement, said to remain accurate to within 15 seconds each month. The model is water resistant to 10 ATM, measuring 34.8 x 29.1 x 7.9 mm (~1.37 x 1.15 x 0.31 inches). It is also worth noting that this watch comes in custom house-shaped packaging.

In Japan, you can buy the Seiko Pompompurin 30th Anniversary Collaboration Watch for ¥44,800 (~$281). The model is limited to 2,000 units. Those living in the US can order the model via importers like Japan-Select; here, the product is priced at $450 and is due to ship in August 2026.
