Jmgo has released the new N1S Nano projector in some European countries. This is a cheaper, entry-level model, which is compact to make it easier to transport. It has an LED light source, throwing images up to 80 inches wide, with Google TV and built-in speakers.

The Jmgo N1S Nano projector has been launched in European countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, and Poland. The N1S Nano is the cheapest model in the N1S series, which also includes the N1S SE and the recent N1S 4K. The company suggests it is an entry-level model or could be suited to those who want to take a projector while travelling.

The N1S Nano is a 1080p DLP model with an LED light source for up to 460 ISO lumens brightness. The projector delivers a 400:1 contrast ratio, throwing images up to 80 inches (~203 cm) wide. Plus, you can use automatic focus and keystone correction tools to perfect the images and easily adjust the projection angle thanks to the integrated stand.

Like the other models in the range, the N1S Nano runs on Android with the Google TV interface. This allows you to stream content via apps like YouTube and Apple TV or wirelessly share content from your phone via Google Cast. There are two built-in 5W speakers, compatible with Dolby Atmos, and ports including HDMI 2.1 (ARC) and USB-A. While marketed as a portable model, it does not have a battery. However, you could power it via a power bank or power station with a 65W USB-C input. It is said to be backpack-friendly, weighing 1.8 kg (~4.0 lbs) and measuring 187 x 165 x 191 mm (~7.4 x 6.5 x 7.5 inches).

You can now buy the Jmgo N1S Nano projector in some European countries via third-party retailers like Bol (NL), Fnac (BE) and iSpot (PL) for €599/PLN 2,299. The product is expected to arrive in other countries like France and Germany on May 10th. It is unclear if this model will be launched in the US, where the cheapest Jmgo model is currently the older Jmgo N1, priced at $599 (Amazon).
