Govee Outdoor Spotlights 2: Brighter smart lights now available

Govee has launched the Outdoor Spotlights 2 in Europe. The smart light is offered as a set of two or four lights, with model numbers H7093 and H7094, respectively. These new LED lights are designed to bring dimmable white and colored lighting to your outdoor space.

The Outdoor Spotlights 2 have RGBWIC beads for over 16 million colors. Each light is said to deliver up to 700 lumens brightness, an increase on the 600 lumens offered by the earlier model. Users can choose from a wider range of preset scene modes, 69 to be precise, or you can create your own using the DIY tool. Remote controls are available via the Govee Home app, and the updated product is Matter compatible, meaning it can integrate with a wide range of smart home ecosystems. Alternatively, you can use Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands to adjust the lighting.

The lights have an aluminum casing, which can be wall-mounted or fixed in the ground with the accompanying stakes. They are rated as IP67 dust and waterproof, operating in temperatures between -20 and 40 °C (~-4 and 104°F). You can now buy the Govee Outdoor Spotlights 2 at the brand’s online store or Amazon. The 2-pack is priced at €99.99; the 4-pack has yet to be released, and the price remains unknown. It is unclear whether or when these smart lights could launch in other markets like the US.
