New Cyrusher Scout step-through e-bike with dual 750W motors arrives

Cyrusher has revealed the Scout step-through e-bike. Two models are available, the standard and the Pro. While the regular version has a single 1,000W motor with a half-twist throttle, the Pro has twin 750W Bafang motors, delivering 80Nm torque and assisting you at speeds up to 28 mph (~45 kph).

The standard Scout has a single 52V 40Ah LG battery for an assistance range of 56 miles (~90 km), and the Pro has two of these power packs, allowing you to ride for up to 112 miles (~180 km) between charges. The 7-speed bike has Shimano TX50 gears, Tektro 180mm hydraulic brakes and built-in turn signals at the front and rear. Also included is a full suspension system with a rear fork with air damping and a front suspension fork with lockout and adjustment.

Smaller 4-inch fat tires from Kenda improve stability and make it easy to ride on a range of terrains. The Scout’s ergonomic handlebar and extended seat are designed to make your ride more comfortable. Other features include a 3.7-in LCD, a 20W headlight and a rear rack for luggage; the e-bike can support loads of up to 330 lbs (150 kg). The bicycle has a 6061 aluminum frame, with the Scout weighing 110 lbs (~50 kg) and the Pro 143 lbs (~65 kg). You can now pre-order the Cyrusher Scout and Scout Pro e-bikes for US$2,999/£2,699/€2,699 and US$3,999/£3,699/€3,699, respectively. The bicycles are available with black, cyan or gray frames and will ship in mid-January.
