The Chinese charging solutions manufacturer Cuktech has unveiled its latest Cuktech 15 wall charger in the US. The gadget, designed to be used for charging multiple devices at once, boasts quad ports—three USB-C and one USB-A—delivering a total output of 140 W. According to the brand, the charger has a 20% more compact design than Apple’s 140 W charger. Plus, it has foldable prongs, which makes it travel-friendly.
Dimensionally, the compact charger measures just 3.11 x 2.56 x 1.26 inches (78.9 x 65 x 32 mm) and weighs around 331 grams (0.73 lbs). Speaking about power delivery, the USB-C1 & C2 ports deliver output of up to 140 W, the USB-C3 up to 33 W, and 18 W via USB-A when used individually. With all four ports in use, the two USB-C ports at the bottom offer outputs of 45 W each, while the top USB-C and USB-A ports can output a maximum of 7.5 W each.
The Cuktech 15 is compatible with many devices, such as the iPhone 12-16 series, Samsung Galaxy S24/S23 Ultra, Google Pixel 8, iPads, MacBook Pro 16/Air 13, Dell XPS 15, gaming handhelds, and more. Furthermore, the gadget uses advanced GaN (gallium nitride) technology to deliver faster charging speeds while maintaining good energy efficiency and thermal management. Additionally, it also supports multiple charging protocols, including PD 3.1, PPS, QC, FCP, and SCP.
Safety features include short circuit, overcurrent, temperature, and overvoltage protection. Plus, at the core of the charger is the brand’s proprietary Cuktech-ADC2.0 power management system, which adjusts the power output based on the connected device’s battery status.
The Cuktech 15 140 W GaN charger costs $99.99 and is now available for purchase via Amazon. As a part of the launch offer, the company is also offering a limited-time 40% discount via Amazon.
