Nothing reveals the CMF Phone 2 Pro will come with a charger

Nothing is preparing for the launch of its next smartphone, the CMF Phone 2 Pro. The upcoming smartphone will launch on April 28 alongside a trio of new CMF earbuds. While there have been a few teasers, the specifications of the phone are still unknown. However, a Nothing executive has confirmed an important detail about the phone, one that has many fans excited.

Nothing doesn't ship its phones with a charger in the box, but that will change when the CMF Phone 2 Pro launches later this month. According to a post on X by Nothing co-founder, Akis Evangelidis (@AkisEvangelidis), the CMF Phone 2 Pro will ship with a charger in India. The post also includes a photo of the phone's retail box with a space for a two-pronged charger.

Based on the wording of the post, it is safe to say that only the Indian variant of the phone will ship with a charger while those in other regions will not come with a power brick. While this may be disappointing for Nothing fans in other regions, this isn't unusual. The OnePlus 13R doesn't ship with a charger in the UK and Europe but the US variant comes bundled with a power brick. 

With no confirmed specifications of the CMF Phone 2 Pro, it is a guess as to how fast the phone will charge. The CMF Phone 1 (curr. available on Amazon for $260) launched with a 5,000mAh battery capacity and support for 33W fast charging. It is expected that the CMF Phone 2 Pro will either match these features or surpass them.
