Nothing has been steadily dropping more information about the CMF Phone 2 Pro before its launch. Earlier teasers from the company said it would launch with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro SoC that is supposedly 10% faster than its non-Pro variant. Now, we get a glimpse at its juiciest bits, the cameras.
The CMF Phone 2 Pro Flipkart landing page and a company executive have revealed it will come with a 50 MP 1/57" wide-angle lens, a 50 MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens. This is remarkably better than the CMF Phone 1, which came with a 50 MP wide-angle lens and 2 MP depth sensor. This alone should justify the "Pro" tag on the CMF Phone 2 Pro.
While it isn't nearly as impressive as the telephoto camera found on the Nothing Phone 3a Pro, CMF is an entirely different segment. That said, it will result in the CMF Phone 2 Pro costing a bit more than its predecessor. But that should be OK, as it comes with justifiably better camera hardware.
