CMF Phone 2 Pro: Nothing officially confirms launch date

CMF, Nothing's sub-brand, has announced a release date for its newest smartphone. Like the recently announced Nothing Phone 3a Pro, it, too will come with 'Pro' branding and launch as the CMF Phone 2 Pro. It will be announced on April 28 at 18:30 IST (15:00 CET).

Alongside the CMF Phone 2 Pro, the company will also show off thee new audio products: CMF Buds 2, Buds 2a, and Buds 2 Plus. Based on their names alone, these will likely serve as affordable alternatives to the CMF Buds Pro 2 launched earlier this year. In India, it will be available for purchase via Flipkart.

So far, there is conflicting information about the CMF Phone 2 Pro. A leak from Reddit showed it has two rear cameras, whereas a teaser from the company only highlighted one. The latter is obviously more believable because it comes form a more trusted source. Plus, the original CMF Phone 1 has paired a 50 MP lens with a borderline useless 2 MP sensor that its successor would be better off without.
