New Casio watches with upgraded metal strap launching in Europe

Casio is set to launch two new watches across Europe. The A158-WEM-3 and the A158-WEM-7 were released in Japan earlier in November 2025. This model is described as “a classic revisited and modernized” with an upgraded strap.

The Casio A158-WEM digital watches have a woven stainless mesh bracelet, with a new design which is said to bring a textured finish and a wrist-hugging fit. Both versions of the watch have a silver-tone resin and chrome casing, matching the strap. The A158-WEM-3 has a dark green dial, while the A158-WEM-7 has a light gray face.

The A158 watch can display the time in 12 or 24 hour formats, and will also show the date and the day of the week. This model offers a range of typical Casio features, like a 1/100th second stopwatch, a daily alarm and hourly time signals. An LED backlight helps to illuminate the digital display as needed, and the calendar is automatic. According to the product listing, it should run for around seven years on its CR2016 battery.

Recently, Casio listed the A158-WEM-3 and A158-WEM-7 watches at its online stores in countries like the Netherlands, Spain and Germany. Here, they will each retail for €59.90.
