New Casio G-Shock GA-B010 Bluetooth watches leak at retailer

The unreleased Casio G-Shock GA-B010-1A and GA-B010-3A watches have appeared at a retailer’s online store. Rumors about the new GA-B010 series started earlier this year, when it was said to be an upgraded version of the GA-010 series.

Now, two G-Shock GA-B010 watches have been listed at Bestwatch.ru. The GA-B010-1A is a black resin watch with red accents, while the GA-B010-3A is a khaki/green watch with yellow accents. According to these product pages, both watches have a resin casing and strap, with the watch measuring 49 mm (~1.9 inches) across.

As expected, these analog-digital watches support Bluetooth, allowing them to connect to your smartphone for features like automatic time adjustment. Users can choose from time zones for 48 cities globally, with the time, date and weekday shown on the digital display. There is also a hands shift function to ensure the analog hands do not obscure the display. 

An integrated pedometer allows you to track your step count; a data log could be available in the Casio Watches smartphone app. Other tools include a 1/100th second stopwatch, a countdown timer, five alarms and hourly time signals. These shock-resistant watches also offer Tough Solar charging and 200 m water resistance. Plus, an LED backlight should help you to read the watch at night.

Casio has yet to officially announce the G-Shock GA-B010-1A and GA-B010-3A watches. The release date and pricing of these products remain to be seen. Whether or not there will be other colorways is another unknown.
