Casio releases new G-Shock MTG-B4000 watches in Europe
The Casio G-Shock MTG-B4000-1A and MTG-B4000B-1A2 watches are now available in Europe. These watches were released in Japan in June 2025 and reached the US earlier in July.
In countries like the UK, the Netherlands and Germany, you can now buy the Casio G-Shock MTG-B4000-1A watch for £1,119/€1,250. It is worth noting that in the UK, there are only 10 units of this watch in stock at the time of writing. The MTG-B4000B-1A2 is more expensive at £1,219/€1,350; again, stock in the UK appears to be limited to 10 units.
These new MTG-B4000 Series watches support five world time zones, with features like a 1-second stopwatch, a timer and a daily alarm. They are radio-controlled (Multiband 6) with Bluetooth connectivity, with the latter allowing users to access more tools and settings through the Casio Watches smartphone app. Other features include hand home position correction, Tough Solar charging, a power saving mode and an LED backlight helping you to read the dial in low lighting. Plus, these premium watches are water resistant to 200 m.
The MTG-B4000-1A has a silver colored carbon and stainless steel casing and bezel with a black resin band. The MTG-B4000B-1A2 is similar, though it has a blue-grey ion-plated bezel. Each measures 56.6 x 5.3 x 14.4 mm (~2.2 x 0.2 x 0.6 inches) and weighs 112 g (~0.25 lbs).
