Nothing currently offers a range of smartphones, headphones and smartwatches under its budget-friendly sub-brand CMF, including the CMF Watch Pro 2 released last year. Now, it appears that this intriguing piece of hardware is about to get a successor: the CMF Watch Pro 3.

Like its parent brand, created by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, the budget-oriented CMF sub-brand places a strong emphasis on design. Exactly one year ago, we covered the launch of the CMF Watch Pro 2 by London-based startup Nothing. Now, it seems a successor is on the horizon: the CMF Watch Pro 3. Interestingly, the Watch Pro 2’s current pricing might offer some hints: The device is now available on Amazon for $49, down from its original list price of $79.

CMF Watch Pro 3 rumoured to be pricier

Here's the less exciting part: According to media outlet YTECHB, the CMF Watch Pro 3 will reportedly launch in Europe at €99 ($116), representing a €30 ($35) price hike over its predecessor. The leaked document also mentions a “Dark Grey” colour option, which was already available for the Watch Pro 2 alongside Blue, Ash Grey and Orange. Further details have yet to be revealed for CMF’s upcoming smartwatch. However, if the leak proves accurate, the CMF Watch Pro 3 could be making its debut soon.

The CMF Watch 2 Pro features a 1.32-inch round AMOLED display with a 60 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 620 nits. Measuring 13,6 mm (0.54 in) thick, its aluminium case comes with a replaceable bezel for added customisation as well as a digital crown for navigation. The smartwatch supports gesture control, allowing users to answer calls with a hand movement. It also offers over 120 exercise modes, Bluetooth calling, IP68 water and dust resistance, and typical sensors such as GPS.
